Cooperation is key

The foundation for our operation can be summed up in the acronym S.C.C.

  • Safety

  • Communication

  • Cooperation

Safety

We are committed to the safety of our team and others.

All of our supervisors and managers are 10 and 30-hour OSHA certified. Proper PPE is provided to all of our team members and daily Toolbox Talks are had to ensure that safety standards are followed. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the safety of our team members and we want to do our best to make sure that each one of them makes it back home at the end of the day.

Florida is well-known for its weather, and having a proper emergency plan in place in the event of a severe storm is crucial to ensuring a safe environment and staying one step ahead.

Communication

We understand that maintaining reachability and clear communication is very important to avoid delays and resolve issues quickly. Therefore, we provide regular project status reports with descriptions and photos to keep the contractor(s) updated throughout the process, in addition to standard means of communication.

Cooperation

Project schedules are created and managed in full cooperation with other contractors (and managers) to ensure that we are hitting milestones and keeping the project running smoothly. Safety compliance is imperative and we understand that some sites, companies, and General Contractors have unique and specific requests.

Some typical safety compliance includes:

  • Coordination for monthly color codes

  • Conscientious cooperation with other on-site workers, managers, and contractors

  • Unique safety requests (surpassing OSHA standards)

  • Mandatory orientations
